my problem is " iam not able to understand what my problem is "

when i try to transmit data from my tx im not able to recieve it

i have well boarded my circuit

these are the readings i observed

AT TX(HT12E);

DOUT; keeps changing between 2.5 and 4v
ALL DATA PINS(10-13);reading 0.25v(i mean i left open them intially)

AT RX(HT12D);

DIN; keeps changing (supply 9v)
ALL DATA OUT PINS; reading zero when i press any switch at the tx the dataout of all pins read 0.4v

ok now say am i not getting teased really

Press and hold /TE when you want to transmit.
I guess you are not transmitting by just pressing DATA PINS(10-13). Pin 14 actually not press type it should be slide switch.

Hope problem resolved now.

i have just grounded TE( i think its active low)

i am transmitting data from the four data pins through switches

hi, i suggest u the following changes.

1, the address lines of both the 12e & 12d must be same. which is not same as per your diagram. better connect all address lines to gnd.

2, RF TX can operated upto 12v and RX can operated upto 5v only.

3, connect the anode of led at VT pin in 12d and cathode to ground through 1k resistor.

4, connect the TE permanently to ground.

have a small piece of wire as antenna and seperate the TX band RX by a distance of 1meter or so.

now if your provide power supply to the circuit u should see the led glows at the rf RX. if u press any data u can see the flickering of led at receiver side which indicates reception of data. if u turn off the power supply to TX side the led will be in off position in RX side.

regards
kj

YES I HAVE DONE THAT

its working then but when i try to connect it with the rf tx and rx the problem arises

the datain keeps changing and dataout reads only 0.4v each what ever the switch preseed at the tx
