Assumptions was to get good price, and good look of speakers. I was wondering which system choose – tonsils vs cheapest speakers from ebay. A compromise for that was stx.

Columns are made of particle board 18mm with dimensions: 1800x270x280 high, wide, deep.

STX GDWK-10-200-8-PJ cut with 4000Hz. There are condensers from stx 2,2 Fu and 2,7Gu MKT. I wanted to get cut at 3900MHz but I couldn’t get such condensers. Branches were calculated on calculator.
STX GDM-14-130-8-S.C. – i choose them couse i was hurry. Low efficiency compare to rest of the system. Split frequency is 1000MHz between middle and low tone speaker.
STX GDN-22-200-8-S.C. – disaster, although it can play low frequencies, power resistance is poor. After two hours something broken inside the speakers. Provably winding. Regarding to simulation with 50Hz should hold 36 Watts and with 20Hz 4 watts in 56L tuned for 36Hz.
At the bottom side of column is dummy speaker covered with the board.
Bass reflex made of paper pipe with inside diameter 76mm and length 130mm. external rounding is made of MDF on lathe kit and glued to the pipe.
Assumptions are done – construction is cheap and looks nice. Don’t ask how it play..
