Now the assemblers are embedded in Visual DSP++ tools. One can have assembly code inside 'c' code. The 90 days full_version free evaluation tools can be downloaded form Analog Device's website

If you want for free, you have to use old versions ( I don't remember) which are DOS based and don't require the licenses.

actually, i got the license for the same visual DSP++ software, some 6 months ago, from the site itself. i am sure they gave it on demand. but if u are not able to get it urself, then i shall give the free license 90 day trial version of mine. if u need, post a message here. i shall. but, search the site before that. i am sure, they mail u.....

For those who need Analog Device's SHARC DSP development tools V3.3
I hope this is the last, DOS based, license free Assembler and GNU 'C' compiler for SHARC (21xxx) devices.
There are total FIVE 1.44MB floppy disks.
