DAC works when micro asleep?

I would take a look at the datasheet's table with the power modes, it should mention the wake up sources. If DAC cannot wake up the device, then you should wake up every now and then, update DAC, and go back to sleep. The frequency of wakeups depends on the desired DAC update rate, as well as desired power consumption.

thanks, so you only need to wake up from sleep when you update the DAC?........so for example if i want to set and leave the DAC output as 0V, then go to sleep, then i can do that?, and the DAC output will be 0V whilst the micro is asleep?
