problem was solved after delete all row's with Serial.print...I do not use anything on Serial port...only logger to sd card
I can not explain, but problem is fixed,
nobody with advice for my second question how to open csv file, save for examples 100 reads, close that file...

I need variable DC voltage from +2VDC to -2VDC,
change continuously with 0,1 VDC step,
for example,
on two connectors,
