Hi guys,
I'm new to the analog layout field. I have a question here regarding Assura RC extraction. When I were to extract the RC parasitics, there are 3 options given which are i) coupled ii) decoupled and iii) decoupled to substrate. So, please explain to me what is the difference between this 3 modes and which is the best mode to extract in order to see the accurate RC parasitic contribution.
