Hi,every.
Is anybody farmiliar with Chartered 0.18 RFCMOS process ?
After the installation of PDK, I found there are 2 libraries (chrt018IC & chrt018IC_rf).
But there are no resistor and standard NMOS or PMOS in the chrt018IC_rf library. If I want to design an RF amplifier, I need a resistor for matching, whether I can use the resistor in chrt018IC ?
