how i choose my offset cancellation capacitor size for the comaparot to be used in SAR ADC.
please provide some docs or pdf,

With bigger capacitor size, you get better resoultion, but slower speed. There is a tradeoff there.
You can also approximate the size you want with the good old I = C*dv/dt equation.

Hi
There is another constraint in choosing the Cap, low corner frequency. When you use a capacitor for offset cancellation you make a HPF, so choose the cap value according to your stop band frequency.
