I put some test pins in my analog circuits, so I need some unit-gain buffer to drive the capacitance of the test pins. However, I found it's hard to design a buffer with high input common mode range, high output swing and good precision.. So is there any trade-off between these requirements? and what kind of architecture do we use usuallly?

If no low loading resistance 2 stage OPAMP with negative feedback is ok or you can use super source follower, however input CM range and output THD at high swing is hard to trade off.

If you don't care the current, source follow is the best.

Just a NMOS and a NMOS current source.
